ALLERGY INFOGRAPHIC
A food-themed infographic project for college. I researched food allergy facts, established my audience and purpose, drew layout sketches, created design guidelines, and designed the final infographic in Illustrator. Because I have food allergies myself, I decided to design an informational poster to educate younger audiences on the topic of food allergies and aversions.
PROCESS WORK
Process began with brainstorming a topic for the infographic poster. After settling on the topic of food allergies in a medical context, I began sketching ideations for the poster and researching facts and information.
After finalizing ideas and polishing ideations, I created small portions of the sketch in Illustrator to nail down the tone of the final project.
I created a design guideline to keep the infographic as cohesive and understandable as possible. From these guidelines, I designed the rest of the infographic.
