KADANT "FIBER IN MOTION" CAMPAIGN
An animated social media campaign for Kadant's fiber processing machines, released on the Kadant Black Clawson LinkedIn page. I sketched out storyboards, selected key phrases, gathered product imagery and other assets, and worked alongside co-op students who contributed greatly to several of the videos we released on social media platforms.
PROCESS WORK
The process of creating each video is slightly different depending on the video's purpose and which product I am animating. Most often, the video begins as a series of storyboards and information collecting. Once all of the information is correct and a rough storyboard is in place, I begin working in Adobe After Effects.


When the idea to create short animated teasers of our products was introduced, I would also create mockups of what those videos would look like on LinkedIn. At the time, bolstering our social media presence was an important task, and the mockups and short video ideas were accepted gratefully. Thumbnails and titles are usually the last thing to wrap up a video, which can then be posted to the company's social media, utilized by sales employees to inform clients, and shared around the company to increase product familiarity.
